Matt Berman is a creative director whose work moves between editorial, fashion, luxury, and brand.
He began his career at ELLE, working with Régis Pagniez, who brought the magazine to the US. He went on to become Creative Director of George with John F. Kennedy Jr., work at Libération in Paris with Serge July, lead Bergdorf Goodman Magazine, and launch Galerie with Margaret Russell.
Along the way, he has worked with some of the most influential photographers, editors, designers, and brands in fashion and culture.
Today, Matt brings that same approach to brands: find the original idea, build a distinctive world around it, then bring it to life everywhere—from identity and campaigns to photography, film, digital, social, packaging, and retail. The medium may change, but the principle doesn’t: start with something worth noticing, then find every compelling way to make people see it.
